Zephos' Everyday Life

Thanks to her voice actress, Eri is naturally my favorite IdolM@ster idol, but who’s my second, why Cineria of course! Who the heck is Cineria, why any fans of IdolM@ster know that she’s one of the most popular out of the current roster — just kidding, she’s an obscure character that doesn’t even have her own voice actress, but that doesn’t stop her from trying in the above video.

This might take a small amount of explanation, back in the old days of RPGs, to make text more interesting, small “scrolling” sounds effects were added to give a vague illusion of talking. This method has been used in countless games all the way till now, including IdolM@ster Dearly stars for side characters, so when someone actually comes up with the idea to have someone sing with said sounds, it just registers all kinds of epic win with me.

On a philosophical level, I find the video actually touching because it says that “Even minor characters can have a voice without a voice”. It would be awesome if Cineria would become a major character in a future IdolM@ster game ^_^.
